iwbed Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the full terms, responsibilities, and restrictions that apply to using the iwbed platform. Please read and agree to these terms carefully before you start playing.
These terms and conditions apply directly to every player who uses the iwbed platform. Accessing the website, registering an account, or depositing and playing in any form will be taken as your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you are asked not to use the platform. This document is written in Myanmar language, which is the original version.
General Terms
Platform Usage
The iwbed website and all its services are a platform that players use at their own discretion. Accessing the website, registering an account, or placing any wager will be taken as the player's own acknowledgement that they are acting in accordance with these terms and conditions.
iwbed is a platform offering combined football betting, live casino, and slots services for players in Myanmar. Please note that all services are conducted in Myanmar Kyat.
Age Restriction
The iwbed platform is for users aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account, making deposits, or playing. If an account is found to have been opened through fraudulent means, it will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Service Availability
iwbed aims to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but the site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or external factors. iwbed is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during such periods.
Account Registration
Providing Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering an account. iwbed reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time, and to void any bonuses and winnings associated with that account.
One Person — One Account Only
Each player is allowed to open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of those accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited. If members of the same household wish to play, they must arrange this with iwbed customer service in advance.
Account Security
Every player must keep their own login password private and must not share it with any third party. iwbed is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account. If any suspicious activity is detected, the iwbed support team must be notified immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
iwbed accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Any amount below this will not be accepted and will be automatically returned. iwbed is not responsible for any losses arising from the minimum deposit requirement.
After sending a payment, a confirmation screenshot must be submitted on the platform. The time it takes for funds to appear in the account depends on the service provider used.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals normally take 5–30 minutes, but may take longer in cases that require review. Players must provide correct bank account or payment service details when requesting a withdrawal. iwbed is not responsible for any misdirected funds caused by incorrect information.
- Withdrawals may be required to use the same method as the deposit
- Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold due to anti-money laundering measures and standard security checks
- iwbed may carry out checks when frequent deposits and withdrawals are made without any gameplay in between
Claimable Funds
iwbed may review deposit-and-withdraw maneuvers where deposited funds are withdrawn without any gameplay, and may void bonuses or close the account as a result. Players must not engage in any fraudulent financial manipulation.
Bonuses and Promotions
First Deposit Bonus — Welcome Bonus
iwbed gives players a bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To claim this bonus, the relevant promotion must be selected on the day of the deposit.
To withdraw the bonus, the Wagering Requirement must first be met, which is 10 times the bonus amount. Examples —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a total of 40,000 Ks. Wagering required: 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
- Deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total of 320,000 Ks. Wagering required: 100,000 × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.
Bonus funds and any winnings from them cannot be withdrawn before the Wagering Requirement is met. If an account is closed or the terms are violated during the wagering period, all bonus-related funds will be forfeited.
VIP Cashback and Other Promotions
VIP players can receive the following weekly cashback based on their tier —
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier is determined by iwbed based on a player's wagering volume and deposit activity. Cashback that is not claimed within 7 days of being issued may be forfeited.
General Promotions
Bonuses and promotions may be changed, suspended, or stopped at any time at iwbed's discretion. If irregular activity (multi-account, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse) is detected in connection with any bonus, the bonus will be voided and the account will be closed.
Wagering Rules
Football Betting
Bets can be placed on match result predictions (Match Result, Over/Under, Asian Handicap) and other markets. For all competitions, the odds and market conditions announced by iwbed are final. Any bonus or winnings obtained through incorrect odds caused by a technical error may be reclaimed upon review.
Slots and Live Casino Play
When playing slots and live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee), players must fully accept all randomly generated results. By playing, players agree not to dispute game outcomes.
If an internet connection is lost during a game, the result recorded on iwbed's server is considered the valid result, and iwbed bears no responsibility in such cases.
Crash Games and Other Game Types
In crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, Plinko, etc.), the decision to Cash Out rests entirely with the player. Any losses resulting from the game crashing before the player cashes out are the player's own responsibility.
Strictly Prohibited Actions
Prohibited Activities
Players must not carry out any of the following actions at any time —
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Using third-party software (bots, macros, scripts) to play
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors related to games
- Having a third party fund your account to play on your behalf
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing iwbed staff
- Submitting a fraudulent chargeback request
If any of the above violations are detected, iwbed reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all remaining balances (deposits, bonuses, and winnings). Legal proceedings may be initiated if necessary.
Personal Data Protection
How Personal Data Is Used
Player personal data is used by iwbed to provide services, conduct security checks, and meet legal requirements. Player personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
SSL Encryption and Security
The iwbed platform uses SSL encryption to protect players' payment information and personal data. Players are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own computers or phones.
Account Closure
Closure by the Player
Players can request account closure at any time by contacting iwbed customer support. Any eligible balance remaining before closure can be withdrawn — bonus funds that have not yet met the Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn.
Closure by iwbed
iwbed reserves the right to close any player account immediately and without prior notice — particularly when —
- A breach of these terms and conditions is found
- An account is found to have been registered with false information
- An investigation is required due to a fraudulent transaction
- Action is required under a legal directive
Funds in an account closed for any of these reasons may be frozen and cannot be withdrawn until the investigation is complete.
Responsibility Limitations
Gaming Responsibility
All bets placed on the iwbed platform are made at the player's own decision. Players are personally responsible for their losses, account funds, and gaming decisions. iwbed accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from a player's gameplay.
Platform Failures
iwbed's liability is limited for any game outcomes or financial losses caused by technical failures, server issues, or third-party provider outages. In such cases, only the amount the player deposited during that period may be returned — winnings or bonuses cannot be paid.
Terms Amendments
Change Notification
iwbed may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the website, and players who continue to play after an announcement is made will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. Players may return to this page at any time to check the latest amendments.
