iwbed FAQ — All Your Questions Answered

iwbed's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there are no restrictions for nights, Saturdays, or Sundays. Withdrawals via wallet services such as KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay are completed within 5 to 30 minutes. If a transfer is unexpectedly delayed due to banking connectivity issues, you can contact us via Live Chat to check.

Yes. Withdrawals are processed only when the account holder's name matches the registered wallet name. This policy is in place to protect your funds and prevent misuse. Any request to withdraw to a wallet under a different name will be rejected, so make sure your own wallet is linked from the time you open your account.

The minimum withdrawal amount at iwbed is 20,000 Ks, and this applies equally across all withdrawal methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, or bank transfer. You can only request a withdrawal if your wallet balance is sufficient, and please note that bonus funds require the wagering requirement to be met before you can withdraw them.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. E-wallet transfers such as KBZPay and Wave Money are generally faster. Bank transfers may vary depending on the bank's connectivity. If your funds have not arrived after 30 minutes, you can raise the issue via Live Chat.

Yes. After claiming iwbed's first deposit bonus (100% bonus, up to 100,000 Ks), you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. You can withdraw your original deposit of 20,000 Ks before the wagering is complete, but be aware that the bonus funds will be forfeited if you do.

An accumulator, or parlay, is a bet that combines two or more matches into a single wager. You need every selection to win in order to receive a payout, and because the odds are multiplied together, the potential return is much higher. In the iwbed football section, you can build an accumulator by adding matches one by one to your betting slip.

Yes. The iwbed football section covers a wide range of competitions including the EPL (English Premier League), MNL (Myanmar National League), UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. Players in Myanmar will be pleased to know that MNL matches are given priority coverage.

Odds show how much you will receive on top of your stake. For example, if Team A's odds to win are 1.90, a stake of 1,000 Ks returns 1,900 Ks in total (including your stake). A handicap levels the playing field by giving the weaker team a goal advantage. For example, Team A (-1.5) means Team A must win by 2 or more goals for this handicap selection to win.

Yes. iwbed offers an In-Play (Live Betting) service where odds are continuously adjusted during the match, so you can see the odds shift after a goal is scored. Keep in mind that odds can change quickly during live betting. If the odds change between the time you place your bet and the time you submit it, you will be notified and asked to confirm.

Once a match is over, iwbed normally confirms the result from the official source within 1 hour and then settles bets automatically. For matches with outcomes that differ from a normal result — such as a forfeit or an abandonment — iwbed's settlement rules will apply. If you have any questions, you can contact us via Live Chat.

On Android, open iwbed.org in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮) at the top right, and select "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap the Share (⎙) button, and select "Add to Home Screen". This lets you launch iwbed directly from your home screen like an app, with no need to open a browser each time.

It runs well on Android 8 and above, and iPhone iOS 13 and above. You can access it with any modern browser version such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Tablets are supported too, with a wider view for playing. No app download from the App Store is needed — one browser is all it takes to play fully.

First, clear your browser's cache and cookies — in Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data. If the problem continues, turn off Wi-Fi and try with mobile data, or turn off any VPN you're using. If your browser hasn't been updated recently, update it and try again. If the issue persists, contact us via Live Chat for help.

When your connection drops, iwbed's server keeps your session open — once you reconnect and log back in, you can continue from where you left off. For slots, if the connection drops before a spin completes, the result is decided by the server, so you can check it in your Game History. If anything looks wrong after reconnecting, contact Support.

Yes. iwbed's Live Casino games are built with HTML5, so no extra plugins like Flash are needed to play in a phone browser. For a smooth video connection with the live dealer, playing over a 4G/5G signal or a stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended.

iwbed does not charge any extra fees on deposits from our side. However, wallet services like KBZPay and Wave Money may apply their own transaction fees, so it's worth checking at the time you transfer. Bank transfer rates can also vary depending on the bank.

To deposit with KBZPay, go to the Deposit section on iwbed, select KBZPay, and transfer from your own KBZPay to the wallet number provided. Enter the Transaction ID given by iwbed in the reference field, take a screenshot, and submit the deposit form. The minimum deposit is 20,000 Ks. Please make sure to transfer from your own KBZPay account only.

After depositing, your balance usually updates within a few minutes. As long as your screenshot and deposit form are submitted correctly, our staff will confirm and process it quickly. If your balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, send your screenshot via Live Chat for us to check. You don't need to wait for deposit confirmation before continuing with other things on the site.

The minimum deposit on iwbed is 20,000 Ks, and this applies equally to all methods including KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Each Live Casino table on iwbed shows its minimum and maximum bet in the lobby before you enter. You'll find options ranging from low minimum bet tables to high-limit VIP tables across Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger. Pick the table that suits you and switch at any time.

Baccarat is a game where you bet on which side — Player or Banker — will have a hand total closest to 9, or you can bet on a Tie. With only these 3 options, it's one of the most popular Live Casino games among Myanmar players. J, Q, K, and 10 count as 0, and Ace counts as 1. If the total goes over 10, only the last digit counts.

Live Dealer means you can watch a real dealer distributing cards at a counter via video streaming, directly on your own phone or computer. You don't need to visit a casino in person — you get the feel of playing with a real dealer from home. You can also chat, so there's actual interaction with the dealer.

To play Live Casino smoothly on your phone, you need a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection. Live video streaming uses a lot of data, so check your mobile data plan before you start. Charge your phone beforehand and lower the brightness to play longer without draining the battery. You'll also find that Landscape Mode gives you a wider view than Portrait Mode.

iwbed Casino includes table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo, Live Game Show-style games, and traditional table games. Both Live Dealer and RNG (virtual) tables are available, so each player can choose what suits them. New games are added regularly — check the game list to see what's on.
